Model Curriculum Training: 1:30pm - 4:00pm
You attended the Model Library Curriculum Phase 1 training that introduced you to the new Common Core aligned library curriculum (or have reviewed the resources from the workshop LINK). NOW WHAT?? This session will share examples and propel you to create your own cornerstones/ performance assessments that will link up with the model curriculum and the PA Common Core. This session will be divided by grade bands for successful collaboration among you and your peers.

B Get Smart! Using Smartboards and Smart Technologies in your Library: 11:15am - 12:15pm

Join us for a hands-on, highly interactive presentation of what a Smartboard can do for you and your library lessons. Learn about its many capabilities, including easy assessment techniques. If you currently have a Smartboard but use it mainly as a “screen” for your projector this session is for you. And if you are thinking of purchasing a Smartboard here is your chance to “learn all about it” before you shell out the big bucks.

C Share, Remix, Reuse: Creative Commons and your Library: 2:15pm - 3:15pm
